Known limitations
Some uploaded schedules, PDFs and images may not themselves be accessible. The original file remains available to the cleaning company so uncertain information can be checked. Very busy monthly calendars are easier to use in the day or week view, and selecting a calendar day opens a larger detail view.
Report a problem
If something prevents you from sending or reviewing a booking, tell us which page you were using, what went wrong and, if possible, your device or browser. We prioritise barriers that prevent you from completing essential booking tasks.
Assessment
The service is checked with automated tests, keyboard navigation, responsive layouts, zoom and reduced-motion settings. Feedback from cleaning teams and property owners helps us identify and improve areas that are difficult to use.
