What counts as an active property?+

A property counts when its owner route is active or it has current/future booking activity. Archived properties do not count. We’ll confirm how properties are counted in your service terms before you subscribe.

Do owners or staff pay?+

No. Pricing is based on active properties, not on owners, staff members, bookings or ordinary uploads.

What is included in the free trial?+

You get 14 days with up to five properties. Explore the example diary, add your properties and paste booking lists. Free setup help is available. No payment card is required and the trial never charges you automatically. File uploads are paused for new online workspaces.

What if we are seasonal?+

Tell us about your busy and quiet months before subscribing. The founder plan does not include a seasonal pause; we’ll explain the subscription terms so you know what to expect.
