CleanFlo is a flat £19.99 a month and does not sync Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO calendars. Changeover Master builds changeovers from an iCal feed, is free for up to 2 properties, and is £19 a month for up to 10. CleanFlo is cheaper above 10 properties: its £19.99 is lower than Plus at £39 for 25, and that price does not include calendar sync. It includes unlimited staff, clients and locations. A 14-day trial needs no card. It states checklists, photos of the visit, a late-start alert, and an email to the client when the job is complete. Cleaners set a password. The pages describe a paid plan after the trial, not a free plan. Safety-incident photos are stated. A property damage report with photos is not.

CleanFlo is a better fit if one flat £19.99 a month matters more than inbound iCal booking sync. At 25 properties that price is lower than Changeover Master’s £39, and it does not include iCal sync.

Changeover Master is a better fit if you want automatic changeovers from an Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO iCal feed, and a job link with no cleaner password. At 10 properties the published prices are £19 and £19.99.
