Holiday let changeover software for Eryri (Snowdonia)
The national park's Welsh name is Eryri, and many listings still say Snowdonia. Betws-y-Coed and Llanberis are a different day from the coast, and the name on the lane may not match the listing.
The name on the sign
The national park's Welsh name is Eryri. Many listings still say Snowdonia, and owners, guests and cleaners do not always use the same name for a house or a village. The address on the job should match the sign on the lane, Welsh name included where that is what is written there.
Betws-y-Coed, Llanberis and the lanes above them are one kind of day. The coast at Abersoch is another. Mountain roads and weather decide whether a route that worked last Saturday works this one. Leave slack. The diary cannot see the cloud on the hill.
Wet kit and a seasonal team
Walking and climbing lets come back wet. Drying space, boots and dogs are part of the clean, and a house that takes both can need longer than a coastal family let with the same number of beds. Do not plan every property as if it were the easy one.
Cleaners who know these valleys are fully used in the school holidays and on good walking weekends. Winter is quieter and more dependent on the weather. A late booking still has to reach someone who is actually free, which means the week's changeovers need to be visible before Saturday morning.
How Changeover Master helps
Write the address the cleaner can follow, then the checkout and the next check-in, on a private link they open with no login. If the Welsh name is the one on the sign, put that on the job. A problem report, sent when the phone has signal again, is a better record than a voicemail from a lay-by.
- Calendar sync. Where you connect an iCal feed, those departures become changeovers on the diary. After a successful check the feed is read again about every 15 minutes. That is a sync, not a ping the moment someone books, so a same-day change should also be sent directly.
- Cleaner job links, with no cleaner login. Each cleaner has a private link. They open it on their phone, with no login and no app, and see only the changeovers you assigned. It shows the address, the checkout, the next check-in and the access notes.
- Photo proof. On that link they can add a photo of the finished clean. You see the photo count and the pictures on the changeover. The photos stay private.
- Problem reports. From the same link they can report damage, missing or low supplies, maintenance, cleanliness or guest mess, or other, with a short note. You see an open-problem flag on the changeover. An owner or manager marks it resolved.
- Late-clean alerts. If the clean is not marked done by the cutoff before the next check-in, or today's changeover has no cleaner, the account owner can get one email and the diary can show At risk, then Late. The cutoff starts at two hours and needs a check-in time on the property.
- Unlimited cleaners and staff. Every plan includes unlimited cleaners and staff. The price follows how many active properties you look after, not how many people are on the team.
